Help! Audio Technica AT4040 bought a configuration that offers the best sound for the voice?
I bought it exclusively for recording vocal (rap / vocals) There are two switches on the side (-10dB or 0dB) Does anyone know what the best setting for recording? I aware of the difference and help would be great!
-10dB to reduce the sensitivity of the microphone for recording, except a soundproof room this is probably the best choice, but also allows the microphone to handle sound pressure.
